The “Weekend Celebration Meal” Program

What is it?

This is a concept which we have devised to provide quality food and make the weekend a memorable one. The weekend program will work as follows:

Pre-launch Program

• We inform the residents of the hostel through personal meetings as well as through promotional materials about the supply of weekend celebration meal.



• We identify the total number of residents interested in availing this facility and then we make the interested residents fill up an application form (sample attached). This form is a commitment from them to purchase this meal initially for at least 2 weekends (4 meals). If they are satisfied with the food supplied by us, they would be required to make a commitment for a minimum of 4 weeks (8 meals in 1 month duration) renewable every month thereon. Any discontinuation in service will have to be notified 15 days in advance.



• The interested residents have to make 50% advance deposit with balance to be paid at the end of agreed supply period.



• Through the application form we are able to identify who wants what as well as gauge the exact quantity to be prepared.

Post-launch Program

• The food is supplied as per the information filled up by the resident as per his/her choice.



• The food is professionally and hygienically packed in thermal wraps and is thus hot, fresh and aromatic when opened to eat.



• The food is packed in disposable packs made of environmentally friendly material. Our company is responsible and cares for the environment; we appreciate the role played by the Malaysian Government in taking extra care to minimize the environmental degradation in any form and manner.



• The packed food reaches 15 minutes before the scheduled time (as mentioned in the application form) and is kept in the area designated by the management.
